The Arkansas Department of Human Services has ended Healthy Smiles, Arkansas' managed care dental program, and will begin returning beneficiaries who qualify for dental coverage to the Medicaid fee-for-service program beginning November 1, 2024. We hope this page will help you navigate these changes. Our outreach specialists are available to answer questions on Medicaid policy, procedure updates, and other general inquiries.

We help providers navigate the Medicaid system and stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and new initiatives. Our team is a diverse group of professionals, each with several years of managerial experience in clinics and hospitals and extensive knowledge of Arkansas Medicaid.
